Check in process was smooth. I enjoyed the Staff, Location, City views, Comfy bed, adjustable TV and Modern pull out sofa. I liked the amount of outlets available in the room and lighting options. I also liked that there are Plenty of Ice Machines on odd number floors. Also the Hotel halls/lobby etc always smelled great!

This was the nicest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying and was truly beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and very well mannered, and the room was absolutely excellent. Thank you for the experience.

My room was spacious and beautifully appointed. I had an excellent view of the riverfront. Easy walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. I would highly recommend this place if you're considering a visit to St. Louis.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was very quiet on the floor where we stayed so I was able to sleep well.

The size of my room was exceptional. We had forgot a few toiletries, but the front desk staff was very accommodating.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was convenient and we were able to walk where we needed to go. It is a beautiful hotel. I loved the original decor in the lobby and hallways.
