Check in process was smooth. I enjoyed the Staff, Location, City views, Comfy bed, adjustable TV and Modern pull out sofa. I liked the amount of outlets available in the room and lighting options. I also liked that there are Plenty of Ice Machines on odd number floors. Also the Hotel halls/lobby etc always smelled great!

My room was spacious and beautifully appointed. I had an excellent view of the riverfront. Easy walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. I would highly recommend this place if you're considering a visit to St. Louis.
